Urban Outdoor Propagation Measurements and Channel Models at 6.75 GHz FR1 (C) and 16.95 GHz FR3 Upper Mid-Band Spectrum for 5G and 6G

This paper reports urban outdoor propagation measurements and corresponding channel models at 6.75 GHz (FR1 C-band) and 16.95 GHz (FR3 upper mid-band). The empirical path-loss and delay-spread data provide essential input for 3GPP standardization of 5G and 6G systems operating in these bands.
