On Joint Angle and Delay Estimation in the Presence of Local Scattering

This paper extends joint angle and delay estimation (JADE) to the realistic case of local scattering, where each multipath component is associated with an angular spread rather than a single direction. The proposed estimator accommodates this propagation model, improving accuracy in dispersive environments.
