Efficient Maximum Likelihood Joint Estimation of Angles and Times of Arrival of Multiple Paths

This paper presents an efficient maximum-likelihood algorithm for joint angle and delay estimation in the multipath setting. The proposed approach balances computational cost against statistical efficiency, providing a tractable ML estimator for scenarios where multiple paths must be resolved jointly.
