JADED-RIP: Joint Angle and Delay Estimator and Detector via Rotational Invariance Properties
Published in 2016 IEEE International Symposium on Signal Processing and Information Technology (ISSPIT), 2016
This work introduces JADED-RIP, a joint angle and delay estimator and detector that exploits the rotational-invariance properties of the array manifold. In the tradition of ESPRIT-style algorithms, the method achieves low-complexity joint estimation while also providing a detection statistic for the number of multipath components.
