Towards ISAC RIS-Enabled Passive Radar Target Localization
Published in IEEE Conference Proceedings, 2025
This work studies passive radar target localization in ISAC systems aided by reconfigurable intelligent surfaces (RIS). The RIS provides controllable spatial diversity, enabling target localization without an active illuminator and leveraging the ambient communication waveform.
