ISAC Imaging by Channel State Information using Ray Tracing for Next Generation 6G

Published in IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Electromagnetics, Antennas and Propagation, 2025

This work presents a ray-tracing-based framework that uses channel state information (CSI) for integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) imaging. By leveraging CSI from the communication channel together with ray-tracing-derived geometry, the proposed approach reconstructs 3D representations of the propagation environment with high fidelity, providing a path toward perceptive 6G networks.
