Single Snapshot Joint Estimation of Angles and Times of Arrival: A 2D Matrix Pencil Approach

This paper develops a 2D Matrix Pencil method for joint estimation of angles and times of arrival from a single snapshot of the antenna array. The technique enables JADE in operational settings where multiple snapshots are not available, such as fast-changing channels or short-duration acquisitions.
