Cramer-Rao Bound for Joint Angle and Delay Estimators by Partial Relaxation
Published in GLOBALSIP 2019 - 7th IEEE Global Conference on Signal and Information Processing, 2019
This paper derives a closed-form Cramer-Rao bound for the partial-relaxation formulation of joint angle and delay estimation (JADE). The result provides a theoretical benchmark against which practical JADE algorithms can be evaluated and quantifies the inherent accuracy cost of partial relaxation.
